Well, I had this problem except I found a website that contained ideas that should not be public. I reported it to myspace but like you said, they did nothing about you. You need to personally message Tom and tell him the problem. Give him the myspace link and ask him to please atleast speak with them about the matter.
hope I helped.

Myspace has refused to keep their member profiles under control, and there is nothing you can really do. Continue to contact them, and if you really want it gone.. If there are pictures of people like abusing other people, call the police.
I predict that Myspace won't be up pretty soon. They have so many KKK pages, and racist anti American pages, and so much.

link the page to other people so that there is a huge uproar about it.... did you report it to the right person? Sending a direct message to Tom does nothing! you have to report it to the right person. I also know that it takes then about a 1.5 weeks to respond to questions (well that is how long it took them to respond to a question i had like 4 weeks ago) so yeah... hope this helps!
yeah i get the freedom of speech thing but in the MySpace rules it says no nude pix!

It's been said in other answers, but it's so true that it needs to be said again.
Freedom of speech.
While you may not agree with those around you on their opinions, and it may even be an extreme opinion such as racism, it is their right to express their opinion.
I truly hope that none of us would envision a future where the only views allowed are those that everyone agrees on, as this would make our entire nation stagnant.
In case there is some sort of belief that I am in any way agreeing with racism, let me be clear - I despise racism and in fact I am not happy with anything that involves hate. To narrow it down even more, I'm not a fan of anything that pigeonholes any group and singles them out as different or bad.
I hope that this helps to answer your question.

Myspace has been getting a lot of negative media attention lately. I'm sure they would love to hear about this. Send a or message or if you can, a link to any of the big (or local) media sites and show them.

First my question is why are you giving it attention? We all have rights whether it is to be ignorant or nice. As long as the attack is not on a particular person they are doing nothing but giving others a reason to stay away. Relax and enjoy the good things in life knowing there will always be a balance of good and bad.

Get as many people as you can to complain about it to them. Public outrage is many times the only thing corporations respond to, unfortunately.
And, imo, MySpace is *not* a part of the government and as such has *no responsibility* to provide what some refer to as "Free Speech". They are a business, and respond to profit. Threaten their profit, and they respond.

You can start by not going back to it. It's the internet. Everyone spouts their agendas here. Freedom of expression isn't limited by good taste. And they haven't 'constitutionalized' the internet yet.
