I assume you mean fire bellied toads, and I definately wouldn't chance it. Not only will the turtles eat the toads, or try to, but the toads secrete a toxin that will make the turtle very sick if the turtle even so much as bites it.
For your information, the toxin is poisonous to you as well, so avoid handling the toads as much as possible...and when you do, use rubber gloves

Well...
1. It is not usually a good idea to mix animals unless they both come from the same locale and are naturally compatible.
2. Turtles naturally eat frogs... but only those that are the right size. If your frogs are bigger, they would probably be safe from that, but the turtle will still probably annoy or nip at it.
3. Part of the answer has to be tank size. The bigger the tank, the better. Your slider needs AT LEAST 5 gallons of swimming water per inch of shell- 10 or more gallons is better. If the tank is nice and big, the two will probably ignore each other most of the time (again, assuming the friog is big).
4. Another part of the question is 'is this a good idea?', and it really isn't. They will compete for food, annoy each other, need slightly different conditions, etc. If you DO do a big cage, the toad will rarely be visible.

No, red eared slider turtles will kill most any frogs or some amphibian. Not that they'll eat them, which they might, but chances are they'll just get killed and you'll waste some money.
