Here is what you must do. Multiply your weight by 704.5 ... then divide that number by your height in inches. Then divide by your height again. This measures your body mass. Did you get:
18 and under=way to skinny
18 -19.5=a lil skinny
19.5 -23.5=very healthy
23.5-24.9=chubby
24.9 and up=over weight
Your said 21.3, this means that you are very healthy!
