If you go to the main page and look under SMALL BUSINESS there is a link that says SEARCH MARKETING. You can advertise on Yahoo through that avenue. Prices vary on how you choose to advertise.

They will design it and place it for you for a fee. Just click on the help link on the top right from http://www.yahoo.com/ and click to advertise and it will bring up how to.
