Ummm. I don't know if u can do that. I know you can ssend a message or picture to an e-mail but i'm not tooo sure that it works from e-mail to phone. In order to do that You would have to put in a phone number for the e-mail address

It's not possible to send email to every mobile number. that feature should be supported by the mobile operator. I live in india, and some operators here support this kinda feature. To test how it works i sent some messages but only one or two messages were delivered rest all failed. you can give it a try. normally the address would be like mobilenumber@operator_domain_name.com (ex: 9999999999@tmobile.com)

It depends on whether the phone accepts those kinds of messages. Ask the person with the cell phone what the e-mail address is on their phone. They might have to call customer service to find out or set it up. Sometimes you can just put like their number @ their service provider, like 5051234567@tmobile.com
