Seems they spurt out a 1,000 words a second.. The company doesn t want the consumer know it's a gimmick or does the annoucer has to pee really bad or have the screaming squirts ....

tv commercials cost as low as a few thousand dollars or up to a couple million for a 30 second clip. the average around $70,000 to $150,000 per time they air, but the point of the commercial is to show the product, infrom about it and initiate an action. leagally there has to be the contest rules so they cram it in the end so that they can spend more time focusing on the product

They have to tell all of the information usually in about a 30 second commercial. There's no way it would all fit if they were talking normally.

i guess they get really drunk and then start blah blah blah which makes sense only to themselves otherwise they must be fast talkers to qualify lol!
