oh never send it till you get the payment! send each person an invoice if you have not already done so... and if you get no response in a few days , then you send an unpaid item notice, thru eBay, which they have to respond to within a certain amount of days and if they don't you will be reimbursed for your listing charge and you can just re-list it... if you need more specific help let me know and I will walk you through it! best wishes!

The golden rules:

Never send an item until you have received cleared funds or payment.

Send an end of auction email to the winning bidder/buyer

Send an invoice to the winning bidder/buyer

Some buyers can be slow, they are humans as well. Send them a reminder email after say 48 hours or so. Be polite.

If you still have not heard anything, send another email. This time mentioning that you have no other alternative but to proceed with ebay's dispute resolution.

Ebay's dispute resolution is ggod and if you have communicated with your buyers in the above manner then the non paying bidders/buyers will be in serious trouble.

Good luck

Hopefully, you're using paypal. If not, you should be. Either way, just wait. They might be waiting for communication from you as to how to pay. Some people send checks or money orders through the mail. This is HORRIBLY unsafe.

Don't send the item till you get the money. When you send it, send it with Delivery Confirmation through the post office. Go back and enter that number into your paypal site

If the auction just ended yesterday then give it time. Also make sure you notify the buyers that they won the auction with an invoice(bill). And of course DO NOT send the items until they pay you.

You should send each of them an e-mail informing them that they won the item and that payment should be made as indicated in the auction.

depends if you did credit card, or check or money order by mail, If they are sending payment by mail you'll just have to wait. Didn't you set things up on ebay on how your payments were arranged?
