Just eat more food. If you eat twice as much food as you are eating now, and still are not gaining weight, then you should see your doctor. You could be sick.

I had the same issue about ten years ago.I'm a guy though and I was trying to bulk up at the gym.I wouldn't suggest just eating alot or eating before bed because then you might not like the result.Usually you end up with the extra weight tied to some places on your body where you don't want it.I know you don't want to use supplements. Maybe you could consider a weight gain shake once a day.I used the ones that give you about 2000 extra calories per day. But of course I was also hitting the gym 5 to 6 times per week. I would try adding more protein and carbs to your diet if you don't want to try the shakes. I suggest a muscle gaining exercise program that focuses on heavier weights with less reps. Don't hit the treadmill to hard just the weights. I think you can keep your feminine figure and still gain weight that way but avoid gaining fat which no one really wants.

Your body has a very high metabolism! Like mine! I know what it is like, but eat as much as you can. I eat all the time, and gain like 1 pound a month or not no weight at all. Your not alone.
You should stay skinny but if you wanna get fat fine by me, but use your weight wisely, that kinda stuff doesn't come round very often! You should be a model! yea be a model your sorta tall. just don't eat to much, u gotta think about your health.

Bananas are good for weight gain (don't go nuts and pump up your potassium level) Avocados are very good nutrition. Keep exercising to build muscle weight and stay healthy (not too much pumping iron you will mess up your hormone levels) As with anything gaining or losing weight ....use common sense and moderation.

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be

If you wan't to attain weight, and construct muscle. You do not wan't to only over consume with junk meals. This will absolutely makeyou fatter, and bad. But for those who wan't to attain muscle you'll ought to drink a few prime protein drink's, shakes, meals. Peanut Butter & Jelly I consider could be a well begin. The Peanut Butter will furnish you with Protein, whilst the Jelly has lot's of High Fructose, and Sugars, to support placed of the burden. You might wan't to determine out a few low priced CVS Pharmacy over-the-counter varieties of normal herb drugs to support help the muscular tissues. I are not able to consider of any names of those varieties, however I do recognise they exist, I've heard of humans taking them, and had well outcome while taken typically.

Try eating more. Eat three (or even four) full meals a day. Stay away from fatty foods though, they're unhealthy for other reasons.
