Looking at the behaviour and thinking of human beings, you come to realize the difference between people and the power they naturaly posses. Some people are funny and have sense of humor while others are the type that says DON'T COME NEAR ME or i will bite you.

Learn from the masters.

First and foremost, you have to be able to laugh at yourself. Get ride of pride and ego and that should be an easy task. Once you can laugh at yourself, you can make anyone laugh.

You have to alter your lifestyle and not be so serious all the time.

And develop a bunch of goofy saying and pull one out every so often. Here are some of mine that I collect through out the year. Feel free to use it.

Fat is flavor and grease is freshness, that's why everyone loves bacon because it's fresh flavor.

If early to bed, early to rise then the girl goes out with the other guys.

Stuff like that.
Boy, I really suck. I'm glad I'm not a comedian.

Yes they can,but most of the people with no since of humor are like that because of the company they keep. If they hang with people that are serious all the time then they will become the same way.The trick is to get these kind of people out of their environment and into a fun fill humors environment where people tell jokes and laugh a lot.Sooner or latter they will see that there is fun people and things to do out side the box.

definitely, i think it is something you can develop...if you look at comedy, there are many different types of jokes/aspects people find funny-- some do the angry routine or others use the self-defaming route...the key is open-mindedness to have a sense of humor. To be witty and spontaneous, creativity and observation are the backbone. Get yourself familiar with a blend of subjects so you can add it into your act.
