Well I think your referring to a "vaginal cleansing" a "doosh".
It's a mixture of water and vinegar (i think) , you buy it at a regular store and insert it into your .....(blushes) ehem..area down there, and it flushes your inside area. Some say it makes them feel clean and smell good. But my doctor said it's not good for you and can cause a lot of yeast infections.

a douche is a product that women use after their periods to clean out their female parts and they are not recommended by gynecologists because it can cause adverse problems. your vagina cleans itself out naturally
