at 15 you'll probably have good chances at a grocery, or restraunt.
Things that look better when you're looking for fulltime work to an employer are a retirement home (i worked at one and loved it), or a hospital. Both will hire teens for food handling, candy striping, reading to people, ect. Some hospitals require a lot of training, or will only take volunteers but they tend to pay better than retirement homes if you find one.

Most ice cream shops hire 15 yr olds and try a restaurant where you can buss tables or something like that...

If you like babies you could baby seat.
If you like to talk with people you could work at a restaurant as a server or as a hostess.
Look at you local newspaper, sometimes it has good job opportunities!!!
