I don't think it's right but I mean to the point where you are too drunk to even be on the road. Cuz I have lost people I really care about in my life due to people drinking & driving and was just curious as to what you guys thought.

All states have a legal limit as to blood alcohol content. In Ohio, it is .08, I believe. I was picked up a couple of summers ago, and even though I was ok, the young jerk ( O. S. H. P. ) hauled me in anyway. Would you believe I was charged even though I didn't even blow the limit? Officers of the law sometimes use no judgment. Everything is by the book. He didn't even take into consideration my driving record, which has been outstanding ever since I started driving back in 1968. Driving drunk is one thing, but when they put you through the wrinker when you haven't even technically broken the law - well, then, that's another. In addition to the hassle of being arrested and having to appear in court, my auto insurance went sky high. It is just now starting to come back to within reason. Thanks for the chance to vent here a little!

It is stupid, frivolous, and frantically. People know the consequences of doing such thing and they do it anyhow. I aparty people who does such thing. They are not only killing your family but the are killing others. They are killing mothers who have not giving brith, chirldren who are just walking along the road, and someone who is just driving to get home safe from work. My last thing to say is Think Before You Act. Never DRINK and DRIVE.

Why would anyone possibly think it was alright? Come on. There's no debating the fact that if you're too drunk to walk, you shouldn't be driving a car.

I think that if you are going to drink be responsible enough to have someone with you that won't. There is no reason to get behind the wheel when you have been drinking.

I don't drink at all,and anyone stupid enough to drink and drive should be jailed and lose their license permanently.
Too many people die due to stupidity.

Not even after one beer. Do not drive after drinking no matter what. You will regret the consequences.
