Yeppers, it turns him on...I've done it while talking to him on the phone and on im!! Keeps us both...excited!!

Ive had girls tell me, and needless to say neither of us were in clothes for much longer. As to telling a girl, some girls think its hot just like most guys would, but some girls (thank god it never happened to me) dont like the thought of their guy beating it, makes them think hes not satisfied, so be wary, gauge her opinion of manual stimulation before you spout off about it.
