Yes, St. Paul is a nice city to work and live in. I lived in the city for ... well, lets just say many many years. St. Paul is a large city with a small town feel to it. For the most part, when the business day ends (approx. 6 pm) the city pretty much rolls up the carpet for the night. Which is not to say there aren't things to do, they just aren't in the downtown vicinity. I highly recommend St. Paul over Minneapolis. St. Paul has a good bus service or if you prefer to drive, cheaper pay lots than Mpls.

photo taken in the time of WW II shows all round st Paul's burning and then the thoughts-blowing dome showing above the rubble. The British people worked perplexing to maintain ST Paul's and Prince Charles and Princess Diana were given married there in 1981.

I go to minneapolis to do business sometimes but they are one in the same. the only problem is that if you are not used to the cold, you will have a hard time getting used to the weather
