Nothing is perfect permanently in this world. What is perfect today, may not be so tomorrow. The very concept of perfect changes from time to time. Hence, perfect world may be an ideal world only at a given point of time and not for all time to come.

Firstly, what IS actually perfect. Since there are just as many opinions as there are people on this earth, it is hard to define the perfect world. For one it may be to have lots of money, for another it maybe to be the best known actor around the globe. So what IS a perfect world? That's something everyone defines for himself. Once convinced that HIS world is perfect, it would simultaneously mean that it is ideal. You can use those two words interchangeably.

Nah. I like our world right now. Plenty of retards to argue with and fun to have.
There is no pleasure without pain, and no joy without sorrow. What's a perfect world? A world without sorrow or pain? A world where you can't enjoy the little things in life because everything is just too good? I don't like it when I'm in pain, but after the pain, I am so happy that the pain is gone. If I had just never had the pain, I never would have noticed or cared about where the pain would have been.

A perfect world would be ideal as well, yes.
The problem is that most humans cannot really agree on what would constitute an "ideal world" and how could we achieve it.
We all want a perfect world. The problem is that we disagree on our definition of "perfection".

There will never be a perfect world in this life. I believe we will find it in the spiritual life when we leave this earth.
