Today is my man and I 2nd year anniversary, He hasn't call me none today and he's off work I called his cell as well as his home and he didn't answer. He can't say he didn't know bwcause I told him last night I say it so that he would remeber. Do this mean he don't care.

I find some men do not like to show emotion on special occasions.
I am sure he does care he may be embarrassed about showing it!!
He may be suprising you later with a meal out and quality time togther and is playing hard to get!!
Just enjoy the rest of the day when he comes home.

Maybe he does but some emergency came up and he cant get to the phones, but then again maybe there isnt an emergency and he really doesnt care. Find out. If he just didnt get ahold of you then dump him.

Yes & he is putting you down. Show him you are not depand on him. If you talked and he is serious about this relationship. He would be calling you before your called. Unless he want to cover himself by taking you for dinner or something like this. For me this is bulshet.
