He is having another scan on his foot on Wednesday to see if he is fit it should be announced on Thursday morning if he is fit if hes not its likely that he wont go back to Germany and Jermaine Defoe will take his place.

No idea last I knew that he was injured on his left foot if i'm not mistaken and he wouldn't be able to play the world cup.
