I'm not sure why don't you ring up a few mini bus hire firms and ask them.

It probably depends where you are and which company you choose. Some just say the legal driving age or the adult age (17 and 18 in England). Others want you to be above a certain age, sometimes 21 or 25. It also depends on whether you are hiring a driver too. The age may be higher if you plan on driving it yourself.

21. This takes you up to a 16 seater and not for hire or reward. anything over that and you need a pcv.

8 seats and under, normal licence if no one is paying. over 8 seats, psc licence which means your atleast 21
