The guy who founded earthlink is a scientologist and I am really angry at scientology right now, so I wouldn't use it.

I could tell you horror stories about earthlink.I had a nightmare trying to use them,and so did my best friend.Peoplepc I have heard both good and bad about.
Despite it's bad reputation,I've had good reliable service from AOL.Some companies aren't in my area so those 3 and a local library are the only choices around here.

Peoplepc is horrible beyond belief they full your computer so full of ad bots and spyware it is not even funny. Best to find an isp that does not require you to use any special browser, just allows you to dialup to it.
