Why not just give your Auntie Lilly a hoover down every week or so and in-between hoovering her give her a hand brush so she can keep herself clean. These old biddies can be a real handful at times, what with the Alzheimer's and the "I remember rationing" stories, but enjoy her while you can, she won't last forever and then hopefully she'll leave everything to you (or the cats' home of course!).
