Whether you want to study further or work depends on how you are placed in life right now,

If you have any financial difficulty it would be better to take up some BPO work and start earning. Else complete ur MBA and then look for a job.

Your question is confusing. Are you stating that you have a graduate degree in Commerce, or are you stating that you just graduated with a degree in commerce? If it is the latter, I would suggest work experience before pursing your MBA. A lot of companies will help you pay for the degree. An MBA means more if you have more than a academic understanding of business.

I would not work in a call center. You would be wasting your valuable education in a profession that usually doesn't require a HS education. (most call center workers read off cue cards)

Can I make a suggestion? Learn how to structure a sentence before pursing your MBA. Any graduate school (except perhaps the University of Phoenix) will require a GMAT as well as superior writing skills.

Good luck

If you have financial backing and can get into a Business school which is an A grade institute, please do an MBA.

If you are looking at working in a Call Center, I would not oppose it. I would suggest that you find a good startup and try to grow with them into managerial positions. DO not keep skipping jobs for small hikes in salary.

I did that, I joined a good startup and with committed work, I wound up managing the center after just 5 years. I was also doing a MBA simultaneously. This way, I had both theoretical and practical exposure to management.

Bottom line.. Stick by your decision and go forth with a vision. Success comes from persisitence and I'm sure either path will yield rewards.
