We have all heard that phrase, and I am wondering what people out there think.
For the women, do you like men that abuse you? Is the thought of a nice guy that will always treat you respect scare you? If not, why do you still run from them.
For the men, have you expirenced similar situations?
Anybody think that it goes along with another famous phrase, "Saving the best for last?"

the thought of a nice guy that will always treat me with respect is a very nice thought actually. i wish i could find a guy like that. i don't run from them i just can't seem to find anyone like that for some reason. men who abuse other people freak me out and i run from THEM. i think some women are afraid to be treated with respect and nothing else because it kinda freaks them out or maybe they don't think they DESERVE to be treated like that all the time.

I can honestly tell you that nice guys DO NOT finish last. There is one perfect person for each of us out there. Just keep looking and never settle for second best. The reason girls sometimes run away from the nice guys is because they may have been hurt in the past and maybe they really like you but are afraid of being hurt again. Nice guys will know exactly how to earn a woman's trust.

Nice guys don't necessarily finish last, but it's true that most women don't want a man whom they can walk all over and whom doesn't make them feel safe and secure (hints the appeal of bad boys for a lot of people). If you're not used to be treated well and you don't think you deserve to be treated well, it does freak you out when someone starts to be nice to you and a lot of people run from that.

yes, it is true. The nice guy always finishes last. Women always want the more exciting, naughty ones. If we were smarter we would take the nice one. But they say everyone has to learn the hard way. I learned the hard way a couple of times, then I finally got smart. Now I am with the love of my life, and he is a nice guy. So eventually it will pay off!

Nice guys finish last because for some strange reason, good girls like bad boys. It's more than just a song. Just like men like the thrill of the chase, women like the excitement you can only get from a bad boy. I don't like to be abused, and wouldn't stand for it, but unfortunately the nice guys don't have enough pizzazz to keep my attention. I like aggressive men who know what they want, nice guys tend to be so polite and ask for a kiss or ask what I'd like. Sometimes a woman just wants a man to take charge and take other things too. Don't ask for a kiss, just pull me into your arms and kiss me. And nice guy sex is usally as nice and sweet as the guy themselves. Most women like it a little rough unless they themselves are nice and timid.

Bad guys are more attractive and adventurous for some loser type of women. They simply have good eyes for hunting their preys. The more a bad guy abuses a woman, the more excitment and joy she feels. She just needs something to substitute her past wounds.
I truly believe that nice guys finish last!!

i like the peace hippie girls comment bout nice guys finishing. women have be able to fix things. we see a bad guy, attracted to him we think we can change him. we cant, were idiots we go thru it over n over again til we see that it is the nice guy we should of been after all along. by the time were ready for a nice guy tho there are none. theyre taken or obsessed with the girl who is chasing the bad boy.

Believe me most women like the idea of a bad guy, but they marry a good guy. They like a man who will protect them and keep them safe. They want the bad guy because they think he's more exciting keep spontaneous in a relationship.

I really dont know why women are drawn to the bad guy. But we all are guilty of it at one time in our lives. I have let some really nice guys get away that would have made terriffic fathers and husbands because i wanted somebody tuffer.

im lucky if i can find a nice guy that is single there alll taken i always seem to get the guys that like to hit and cheat on girls :( i think nice guys are hard to find but when you do you should keep them sso don't change who you are cuz you never know you might have a secret admire and they might just want to tell you sooner then you think so good luck :)
