There is absolutely nothing easy about losing weight! There is no magic pill or diet, trust me on this..
You must eat no more than 1500 calories a day and no less than 1200. Cutting out junk, and pop.. You can still have it but limit yourself to either a little each day or a couple of times a week.
You can still eat the things you want, you just cut back on the amount. Instead of 2 slices of pizza have 1, simple things like that. Diet pop instead of sugar filled pop. Or better yet water!
And exercise..Take a walk, increase how far every couple of days. You don't need to join a gym, use what you have around the house, a can of corn, water filled milk jugs. Yoga classes. or even yoga by yourself with a DVD.
It is all about lifestyle changes and it's hard. And as you get older it gets even harder...So if your young start now and by the time your 40 something you wont have to worry about losing weight;-)

You need to burn more calories than you take in. If you want to lose approximately a pound a week, you need to decrease your caloric intake by 500 cals a day (500 x 7 days = 3500 cals = 1 pound). The key is eating less, exercising more, or a combination of both (preferable). Good luck!

Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine

well there alots of ways ..but the best way is eat 6 small meals and ..ex cerise everyday for about 30 min..walk for 45 min for week then if you can walk more and longer do it ,,watch how much you eat ,,now what you eat is not always the problem is how much you eat of it ....they say you can take pills to help loose the weight try( slimquick) it help really good drink alot of water everyday .snack on fruit and vegg,,,eat fish or baked chicken hambruger eat half ,,,,baked it on the grill ...eat anything on the grill eat alot of fruits and veggs.. and you can also eat tuna out of the can that is real good for you for snacking ,,,,,,do all this for couple months and u will see the different in a weeks ....good luck

Atkins/South Beach is the answer! Or the Weight Watchers, "no sugar, no flour" diet. All work well, are easy to follow, flexible to fit your life and are healthy! Honey, I have the ideal, diet!!!! It is steamed, vegeez! You, just take your favorite vegeez, steam them. squash, is wonderful, all of them, Butternut, Acorn, zuccini!!! They, also have a natural sweetness, to them, that will not only help you, not to crave sweets, but, will give you, Wonderful energy. Have it with as much fish & poultry,as you want!! Baked of course! A little, honey & garlic, on the chicken!Yummo! In the mornings, before your coffee! A banana, with a honey bran muffin, give it about 15 minutes, to digest, before haveing your coffee. And honey, you will be wanting to do sit-ups, run laps, you name it!!! You'll not only have so much energy, but you'll be so happy all the time!! Plus, avoid butter, fried foods, and for your starches, have whole wheat bread, or a baked potatoe, with salsa, on it !! whats worked for me is eating 3 healthy meals and in between meals eat healthy snacks, like veggies,fruit and yogurt drink lots of water . I run every morning for at least 20min. Also don't eat after 6pm if you must eat something that is not heavy like Kellogg's cereal.

I lost 40 lbs by working out daily, eating almost all protein (with the exception of fruits and vegies). I'm lazy though and gained it back.
