To determine how long your cycle is, simple mark on a calendar the day you get your next period. Then each month mark down when you get it again. That is how you determine how long your cycle is. Maybe you meant to ask something else?

My Dr told me to get this book called "Taking charge of your fertility" by Toni Weschler. It helps you chart your cycles based on your temp and your cervical fluids. I was off by a few days thinking I had a 28 day cycle and I only had a 26 day. It was a great help. We tried for 1 year and no luck, the month I figured it out ( thanks to the book) we conceived right away. I am now 6 weeks along.
