I don't mean having to learn to do a lot of things right handed and such, but psychologically, and phisiologically..... what are the brain differences and how do they affect learning, speech, etc? Have studies been done?

Left handed people use the right side of their brain to perform tasks such as writing, because the right side of the brain controls the left side of the body, and the right side of the brain controls the left side of the body.

I've heard that some, but not all, left handed people have their speech centers in different locations than most right handed people.

If a person switches their hand of dominance, for example, a left handed person starts writing with their right hand, they will eventually use both sides of their brain to perform this task.

It's been stated, yes, lefties are more artistic.

They use the right side of their brain a little more, but they still have full use of their brain, so it does not affect speech or learning in anyway.

I couldn't find any studies on this. But you would not know a lefty from a righty unless you saw them using their dominant hand. Lefties and Righties are just as articulate as the other.

Studies show that the lefties are more creative and more adaptable to change, probably because of every day chores, such a driving and opening doors. are primarily geared to righties.
Brain difference is the area of the right side of the brain affects left handedness, and vice-versa with right handedness

I think every one is habituated to their own way of life whether they are lefties or righties. As far as we are concerned with the studies ,"the more who works hard will get the good result" either with left hand or right hand.I can't say phisyologically but using left hand is good psycologically(as said by a great yoga master ) I am his studend but i am a right hander.

they tell us that righted handed people use the left side of their brain and the left handed people use the right side of their brains , so right handed people are not thinking with the right mind

a right handed person is ruled byt he left half of their brain, a left handed person by their right half of the brain.

A left handed person is generally more artistic as prevously mentioned.

Essentialy thats it though the halves of the brain are swapped.....

am sure there's more but I can be bothered, my feet hurt
