I'm not a physician nor am I menopausal but from what I've heard .......sounds very unatural. Whoever you know should check with a doctor I'd say. After 20 years ???? I have no clue but I'd go to the doctor ASAP.

gosh, i don't think that is normal, i could be wrong but it didn't happen to me aftr i went through menopause, if i was you i'd run right to my doctor and get it looked after, it really doesn't sound good to me, sorry, good luck to you an god bless
