Anyone ever taken the product Hot Plants?

I recently purchased Hot Plants at a health food store, and am also taking "red ginseng royal jelly". Does anyone know of either of these natural products?Any side effects?

I am taking the ginseng to fight fatique. (for energy).

Hopefully you are taking the For Her version. I would say it is probably useless other then the psycological effect. Not harefull though. Royal jelly is just fancy honey but ginsing is a usefull root and supliment.
What are you looking to do?
