Of course you can. If you have an email account at Yahoo! then you can build your own web site at Geocities. You can do so at MSN Spaces, Angelfire, ..etc. Actually there are a lot of FREE hosting services on-line. Kindly, try on of the following FREE sites. After you sign up, you will find 2 ways to build up your site; by a wizard (recommended if you do not know HTML), or by an advanced way (if you know some HTML and coding). I hope you send us your web-site soon. I am sure it will be wonderful.

It depends on what type of website you'd like to make, for example an online gallery or a blog. Either way you cant go wrong with Blogger. Its free, offers a lot of customization, and is easy to use! You can create a profile, multiple linked webpages, and much more. If you are leaning more towards an online gallery, you cant go wrong with Flickr or Picasa online albums. They're all checking out if you are just starting out. Hope this helps :)

there are lot of free server as lycos.com and you can make a site easly. if you need any template for help i can provide. if you need to upload images for sharing only use imageshack.us/ just upload the image and share the address or code provided by site.it can also be used on forms.
