Try Freeman Renewance Anti-Aging Chemical Peel. Its an extrememly moisturizing pomegranite facial mask. I use it twice a week and my face just glows. Its available in the skin care isle at most convenience stores, I boughtmine at Rite-Aid.
In order to get glowing skin you have to exfoliate the dead skin cells from the surface then moisturize.

Maybe try Aquaphor. You can find it by the lotions but it isn't a lotion. It works wonders on just about anything!
