Outlook express is a great free program and integrates pop3 accounts. You can get it when you use Windows XP. Just go into the Add/Remove programs, click on Add/Remove Windows components and place a check mark in Outlook Express. Then just follow the instructions of the pop3 account you wish to integrate. Easy. Both Hot-mail and Yahoo! are intigratable and I am sure others are as well.

Good luck
