umm...just be straight forward....becuz guys dont understand when u beat around the bush....but before u say anything....let him kno that u want to have serious conversation.....so he takes u seriously....then just tell him.....whats the worst thing he can possibly do?...say he doesnt like u......but then he's not worth ur time in the first place

Don't tell him. Just show him that you love hime by holding hands and flirting with him and he will get the message. If he does not know that you love him, then may be just talk to him

depends how long you know him, as you do not want to scare him off, but the only downside is that he might date someone else.
If he says he doesnt feel that way just stay as friends.

just let the person know you appreciate his personality,on friendly terms, not necessarily telling him how u feel. with time you might get close and he'll do the asking
