I don't believe sesames will....but poppy seeds I think do.

yes they do ...if you refer to the medical journal of research on sesame seeds , you can see that it does make a +ve urine result

Nope. I was on probation for 2 years and took a test once a month, sometimes more, all while i was fast fooding my way through school. Not sure though if you just ate a cup of seeds.

I think you're thinking of poppy seeds. And you have to eat a whole lot of them.
