There was singing three girls. One was for Jamaica i guess and she did some raping in this song too. In video there was one guy trying to escape from somewhere or just running. Song had strong beat and in song they used police siren as musical effect. I really hate when I can't remeber something and this is the case. Please help.

that was girl band three girls- one from Jamaica made some Jamaician rapping and it was hit like3 or 4 years ago. Real pop tune.

I just remember once in TV they told that this Jamaician girl started to rap in very eary age.

Hmm....you know what? Whenever I encounter the same problem about missing song titles, all I do is type the lyrics I know in a search engine and see relevant results. When I see a good result, I try to enter the site and see if the other lyrics of the song match the one I need. After that, I sing it if the lyrics I see would be compatible to the one I'm looking for. Try it out.
