Apparently LITTLE

But seems 2 be WAY WAY ahead, check specifications 2 confirm

1. Clock speed of 2800 MHz over 2660 MHz mean hardly anything
2. Seems 2.8 is with HT (hyper threading , meaning multi-tasking) & 2.66 is without HT
3. FSB seems 800 MHz v/s 533 for 2.66

Nothing except fo the processing speed:
P4 2.4 has a processor clock of 2800 MHZ and p4 2.66 has 2700 MHz speed, so the only difference is the speed and it is possible p4 2.66 may not have HT technology and p4 2.8 may have it and p4 2.66 is not compatible with Intel 915 chipset but 2.8 one is..

inside your computer is a cyrstal clock. The clock ticks. Every time it ticks this tells the computer how fast it can run. This clock acts like a man beating out a ryhtm on a boat, as to how fast you can row. But the clock for a computer tells it how fast it can run all of the systems.

a 2.66 processor then has a clock speed of 2,660 "ticks" per second.... a 2.8 processor is thus slightly faster as it is "ticking" at 2,800 ticks per second. SO the 2.8 is better as it runs EVERYTHING in your computer, just a bit faster.
