They don't eat crap like people do. Specifically animals don't eat steaks, cheeseburgers, and creamy sauces. The American diet is what causes those diseases. Heart disease, strokes, and high blood pressure are only prevalent in areas that are developed wealthy countries with poor eating habits. If more people ate a mostly vegetarian diet there would be less disease and early death. I am a vegan and I know it is hard work to eat enough calories with my diet, but the extra life in my years (yes I said life in my years cause there is no guarantee as to how long I will live) is well worth the discipline. Besides discipline is a habit that can be chosen just like any other. So why not choose to live a more comfortable and healthy life. I know I choose everyday to enjoy my life a little more.

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

If you already have a heart problem, then the g-force produced by many roller coasters could lead to heart failure. It is possible that you could have a heart condition and not be aware of it. That might lead to your unexpected death, as it has on very rare occasions with roller coaster riders. If you have had a thorough medical checkup including EKG, MRI, Stress Tests and the doctors gave you a clean bill of health, then I'd say you have no heart condition. The mere fact that you haven't had a heart attack doesn't mean you have no heart condition. Most folks don't "know" they have heart problems until something happens.

They do get these things..but not as often as humans...ever see a fat little dog that has a hard time breathing and moving around for more than a few minutes???Well it more than likely has CHF..congestive heart failure which also has symptoms of high blood pressure....and most of these animals get this way from their owners over feeding them people food!!!

They are not stressed out. They dont work 24/7, 365 days a year. They dont have a business to run or a deadline to meet.
All they do is sleep, eat and play
Hence, no tension means no stroke, high BP etc.
