Perfect excersize for you- first go to the kitchen & get your fav. snack
then sit on the couch and turn on Oprah or something and eat away!Do that a few times a week and you'll be set

why would you want to do that? i'm 13, but it's no fun to have wide hips...i feel fat all the time even though i'm not. and my thighs are big, but all muscle.
