First of all, when a guy ejaculates in you he isn't conceiving in you. The date you conceive is the actual first day you become pregnant. Secondly, from most of what I read yes it is possible to get pregnant as soon as you get off your period. It really depends on when you ovulate. Some women have irregular periods and don't ovulate necessarily ovulate two weeks after their period like most women do.

you can get pregnant at any point in your cycle. sperm can live for several days and an egg can be released and implant at times when you least expect it.
you are enormously more fertile on days 13-16 (assuming you have a normal cycle) - but there is no guarantee against pregnancy at any time of the month.
