Child molesters yes, serial rapists yes - they should both face the death penalty. But, this is where it gets to be a touchy subject with me...

Not all child molesters are child molesters - meaning....there are some that are called a child molester that may be an 18 or 19 year old that has dated someone 3 years younger than them. I believe that in some cases, if you have a mature 15 or 16 year old and she/he is dating an 18, 19 or 20 year old than fine. But some parents would rather ruin the other kids life.

I think the death penalty should be reserved for only the most heinous cases where murder or the intention of murder was present.

However, I do think that child molestors and rapists are an extreme security risk and should be given life in prison without the possibility of parole in at least a medium security facility (so they can't escape).

Yes, I believe that they should be taken out of society permanently, however our justice system doesn't agree. It's extremely overwhelming how many sex offenders are living in our society.
Law Makers in this country should be reevaluating the laws concerning offenders but it doesn't seem to be happening any time soon. Therefore a whole new generation of offenders are being raised by this idiots and the devastation will likely continue.

NO NO DEATH IS TO FRIGGEN EASY FOR THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If it is proven without resonable doubt that this perv did this then, perhaps we should not kill them but start by starving them for about 3days, then give him a cracker every hour for the next three days, (no water), then on the six day, give him only one cup of warm dirty water. Then the fun beggins.....start with the pinky toenail, pull off slowly...then the next day the next toe and so on and so on..then move to the fingers one by one...make sure he is eating and drinking now cause you dont want him to pass out or die. after the fingers and toes are done, let them heal a couple of days, and then start tearing little pieces of meat off from him, with tweezers make sure there is pain and bood. then when they scab up pull off the scabs.Then move on to the Teeth, pull out one every other day..... Torcher is the best way! death is way to fast, casteration isn't going to help cause it isn't a sexual thing, it is a controlling issue, and if you pull out his tonails and fingernails, and cut him and let it heal and start the process over and over again all the wile keeping him healthy with food and water, he no longer has the power over anyone and he will then feel the pain of what being victimized is! SICK FREAK!

so long as they get sent to prison thats fine, but not one of those pansy type secluded from the main population. then if they have to wear something special that points them out as such, maybe like a corn dog on a stick hat , the gangs will notice them quicker and when they have to kill someone for an initiation it will save time for them. thats who they use anyway, as there really isnt anyone who will retaliate for them.

Any crime against children makes me personally sick, but the punishment must fit the crime. Isn't it better for the rapist to get it from bubba everynite for 10 years?
I think personal degradtion and torture is the best punishment for that crime.
