i'm doing hammer curls, bicep curls, and these things where it's sort of like a bicep curl but you twist your arm as you raise the weight up. will i be able to see results soon or will it take a while, and how long to gain a few inches?

i don't think what you're doing is enough. people who wanted to build muscle use like 50 lb weights. increase your reps just a little bit more and you should see results. not too much, though, or you'll break your arm

You need to lift heavier weights to gain muscle its called progressive overload. You should do twice the amount of weight you are lifting if you need to gain pure muscle you need to take weight training classes. Do about 8-12 reps and do 3 sets you will get rapid results.

That all depends on your body type, age, the intensity, your diet, and how often you do them, whether you're taking supplements or steroids etc. You should be using heavier weight if you wish to gain mass. Light weight will give you leaner muscle with more definition. So it all depends. I'm currently able to curl 60's but my arms are definitely not huge.

It takes a long time. you should do more than two sets though. At least 3 or 4 sets, 20 lb's is fine just work hard and youll see results. Eat all the protien you can and stick with it.

It's going to take you a while no matter what. You'll probably start seeing results in 2 weeks. But if you keep at it, you will definitely get stronger. Plus as long as you do it the right way your testicles won't shrink!
