I'm a webdesigner.. just doing this for one of my client.. It's an affiliate site for credit cards.

Neat idea, but slender it down for a professional look!
It does look professional enough to be credible, but there's a lot of faffing around and way too many Google ads! Keep it simple and free from cr4p if you want to keep the professional look!
The privacy statement and the user agreement could do without any ads at all and could do with some revamping. What are those caplocks for?

1. You did not make the banner at the top, you just used paint to layer some text...
2. Fonts are not very good and could do with being Arial and 10pt.
3. Half of your links go through http://www.sunspotweb.com

i would do the following reduce the size of the main picture at the top of the screen,
on the text on the left hand side possible have mouse.over code so it changes the colour of the text.
indent the the words under the headings.
this will help.
