As regarding getting websites visited off your browser, from internet explorer, click Tools menu, followed by Internet Options. An Internet Option window will open. Under General Tab, there is a section for History. At this point, click on Clear History and then set the number of days to keep pages in history to zero (0), and finally click OK button.

Ahh. Gotcha! Have you been doing something "funny" on your computer?? Just kidding.
This is what you can try.
Press Ctrl and H simultaneously. This brings up the history of all the sites you have been visiting. You can right click on them all and click delete, or you can delete them individually.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
P.S: By the way, this works on all known browsers.

Okay, in the control panel just like you did before, make sure you delete all files as well. There is a delete history tab and a delete all files tab as well. Do both and see if it works.
Also, to help protect your computer, delete all cookies.
Hope it helps!

You need to delete the History. I forgot how its done in IE, but in Firefox or Netscape, go to TOOL - OPTIONS, then the Privacy Tab, and click Clear Browsing History Now

What browser are you using? You have to go to the tools or options tabs depending on the browser and clear the cache and browsing history from there.
