Are the water marks within the screen or on the surface?
If on the surface, you can just spray a paper towel with windex and wipe it off...if they are inside the screen, you probably won't be able to fix it....
Good luck!

Turning it back on formerly that is dry is like playing Russian roulette. get rid of the battery!!!! enable it dry thoroughly. it would purely be ok after. If water have been given into the HD or a CD/DVD gadget you have situation with the automobiles that force them. in case you may open it and determine that is solid. floor your self to do away with static. Use canned air in case you have it. Open a Bible and discover Matthew 6. it could no longer harm. We used to get radios that have been hosed down by using moron team chiefs. they could open the radio booths and hose them out. we could placed them on the radiator for some days formerly we examined them. lots of the time they could be ok. enable IT DRY, then verify it out. If it grew to become into some thing different than water, like soda or some thing else with sugar you will would desire to scrub out all strains of the sugar.

Heck of a spill, water marks??? My suggestion is that if the actual screen itself is damaged then you are S.O.L.
