dont drink too much liquid before you go to bed, pee before you sleep, if you have a habit to pee in the middle of the night, set your alarm clock around the usual time you pee in your bed...then make yourself get up and pee...

Don't drink anything 2-1 1/2 hours before you go to bed. If you get the urge, get up and go.

Go to the doctor and rule out a bladder/urinary tract infection. Ration your drinking a few hours before bedtime, make sure you use the toilet before bedtime. You could set an alarm to wake you in the middle of the night.

When you are sleeping, do you often dream of water (oceans, streams, rivers, drinking) or that you are actually going to the bathroom? This is your subconscious trying to wake you up and tell you to go! Next time your brain tries to tell you to go, get out of bed and go.
