Without surgery. Are there any creams or anything that will put my breasts back where God intended them to be?

yes, an old ancient Chinese Acupressure point will do the trick. Press breast in circular motion. Right hand, left breast. Move thumb upward several times. Also, twist nipple several times. Change hands and breast and repeat. Do several times a day, every day for weeks. A difference should be noticed by then.

There are many options actually. The best is to increase your water consumption (8 glasses a day) and pectoral exercises. If you can't get to a gym, do push ups or take a fluffy, firm pillow and squeeze it together in front of your face. Massaging the breasts with Ylang-ylang oil increases collagen below the surface, avoid contact with eyes and mouth though. Some of the firming creams can be used...massage is the key element with any cream or oil, however. You can sleep in your bra too (a trick from Marilyn Monroe). Visualization never hurts either...don't look at your breasts and see them as they are, see them as you want them and know that they are beautiful because they are healthy and they are yours. Nothing is going to stop the sag from stopping completely, gravity works wonders and horrors. But, you can be proactive and take steps to slow the natural process down. Good luck and give it some time.

Push ups, baby - or better yet Handstand Push ups. I can only do them against the wall and you want to start with 1 (and i mean 1 if you want minimum muscle pain) at time and work up from there - you should see results pretty quickly, like 2 weeks if you do them everyday and work up to 2 times a day.

Peace!

well...there are ways, you can do exercises or wear push-up bras. (i just don't know if there are creams that can perk up your boobs). otherwise, you have to rely on surgery.

Try exercise, something that works the pectoral muscles. You might be able to tone them but remember gravity is stronger than God!

The only thing that really helps is a great bra or a boob job.

creams does not help at all...so i advise you to pay a trainer in a gym and work out...bra helps only temporarily until you don´t slip it off...

creams? pills? NO, and don't get ripped off. It's all advertising. Just be happy with yourself...surgery is popular, but stupid (in my opinion).

"Wow, you look great!" ..."Thanks, I paid for them myself." ...

That's so weak.
