My wife commited incest with our son and now she refused to have a abortion how can i stop this from happening?

As horrible as your situation is you can't. Legally only she can decide as to whether or not to have an abortion. However if you have not already done so you can threaten to turn her into the police if she had sex with your son before he was 18 if she refuses to have the abortion. You could and should also probably get child protective services involved to protect the new baby if she opts out of having an abortion. I'd think at the very least they'd remove custody of the child from her.

I don't think you can stop this. He's 18 and knew what he was doing. My advice, get a divorce, get as far away from them as possible, they both betrayed you as a husband and a father. If they want to lead their lives that way, don't get involved. I hope you find someone who trully loves and respects you.

No you cannot force her to have an abortion unfortunately! It is always the woman's right to choose because it's her body that's carrying the fetus!
