If the clothes are stretchy or cotton it may not hurt too bad. But their brain must be hurting to be wearing something so tight it would show cameltoe, very unattractive.

dont wear clothes that tight but seems to me it should or their just so fat they dont feel anything from the waiste down except the dozen big macs they had at lunch

Tight clothing could contribute to a yeast or fungal infection there.
