If you know past residencies you could actually hire a private investigator to track people down for you. They generally have ties to more contacts and can get privileged information on people and be able to locate who you are looking for.

It's not easy these days but there are some pay websites that can help you locate people. Most of the free sites won't be much help if the person has an unlisted number..etc. You can do a white pages search right through yahoo, but again, this will only work if the person is listed. I've listed a few pay websites for you below.

try the an ad in the news paper or the radio station,or the Internet,and post a listing,might help,some one might see it and contact you or the person being looked for!

Post office reocrd only go back 1.5 years. Any relatives alive? Contact them> High scholl graduated from? Call their alumni assocation to contact them for you. Same with coillegers.

do you have the country that the person belongs , or at least a trace where sHE would be allocated ?

search google for online private eyes..you pay like $9 and it gives you records on what they've been in jail for, where they live and all.. =D
