I'm a 25 yr old gay man that's never had a boyfriend. I've had lots of casual sex many partners when i first came out of the closet a few years ago. But now I'm tired of a casual sex and want to meet a guy that I can share my life with but as dumb as this sounds I don't know how to meet someone like that or even how to act if I did, since I've never been in a relationship. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please no anti-gay comments, snide remarks, or religious preaching or anything negative I'm only looking for sincere, insightful, concrete/specific advice.

Go out to clubs,or the guys that you do know just hang out with them,you never know you could be datin one of them soon.

Well, men are generally promiscuous creatures....I'm not talking about gay men....all men. It is hard. I'm a 28 year old gay man and it's difficult. But, it's there. I found it. However, be careful not to rush into a relationship as soon as you like them just because you want a relationship. I see that is where people make mistakes a lot of the time.
Just opening yourself up to the possibility of a relationship is enough. It will come along.

I'd love to give you a great insightful answer but the truth is I'm in the same position. I never like the person or they don't like me when i meet either. At 32 I'm scared its never gonna happen because i really just want to settle down with a guy and have something meaningfull. The trick is to never give up hope and stop hoping for it because usually in life, when you stop searching that's when it happens! Hope you find him mate, good luck!

Do whatever it is that you do to meet the guys you have sex with. Just don't have sex with them and if your relationship outlasts the no sex then maybe there is another type of connection

Put personal ad in the local paper, or answer a personal ad, don't look for a relationship, it will happen when you aren't looking for it. Good Luck!
