I've been reading around at different questions on this website and a lot of people say that if you put a pillow under your butt after having sex, it makes your chance of becoming pregnant better. Is that a myth or is it really true? Let me know!

Basically it's a way to have gravity work with you. That way the sperm makes it way in rather than "leaking out" - I know a gross way to put it. It helps to get the sperm further in you. It's really not a myth but it isn't a cold hard fact for all women either!

Myth. The world has had no trouble getting near 6 billion people without putting a pillow under the woman's butt. The systems of a man and a woman are made to make a baby. They'll work whether there is a pillow or not.

It's true, but the easier thing is after sex hold your legs in the air for a couple of minutes. That way gravity helps the sperm go up into your uterus instead of coming back out.

It helps to keep the sperm in, a lot of woman when they get up after sex will leak it out. So sitting with your hips and butt elevated will help the guys make their journey down instead of falling out.

myth.. no position will help get you pregnant. dont stand on your head don't put your feet up. Them things are real strong swimmers and they will find their way IF and only if the timing is right

yes this is because you shorten the path for the swimming sperms and that give a higher probability of becomming pregnant

Ummmm...worked for me and also I agree with one of the other posters....don't go to the bathroom afterwards. But you do have to lay still for awhile.....about 20-25 minutes should work.

Well I started trying to concieve this month and we have been doing this and hopefully it will work.It never hurts to try anything you hear especially when you want to get pregnant!I'll let everyone know if it works :)
