If you're the Bride- WHATEVER YOU WANT, BABY!!
If you're the Groom- whatever she wants (Happy wife, happy life)
If you are anyone else in the wedding party (bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents of bride or groom) whatever the bride wants.

If you're a male guest- a short-sleeve oxford shirt and khaki slacks. You could also wear a nice polo shirt and slacks.
If you're a femal guest- a short-sleeved (or 3/4 sleeve) top and skirt- NOT WHITE! If the wedding is outside, you may want to wear a shawl of some sort as it could cool down quite a bit after the sun sets.

Whatever you wear, make it tasteful.

Hi
u havent mentioned wthr u r a guy or a gal for the attire stuff. well, since its a wedding at nite, if u r a gal then pls go for light shades like pastels, light pinks/blues/lilac. take care tat u got some sequins and embellished works which r slightly shimmering but not too flashy. for makeup pls do not use matte effect. go with shimmer makeup with tones which matches ur skin tone as well as to the outfit. if u r a guy, then go for a maroon/bronzy colored shirt with a dark greyish suite. hope some minimal sequins will give a better look in the maroon shirt. this will give a guy a perfect look. else even a shirt in some kewl shade of purple will do good for night formal wear. match it with a lighter grey blazer.

What is the dress code on the invitation? If there is none specified generally anything you'd wear to church on Sunday would be satisfactory for a wedding and you can go dressier if you like.

A pretty dress and some new shoes would work well. It's a great excuse to go shopping!

Evening weddings are usually more dressy. If you have a nice black cocktail dress, if straps are small or dress is revealing take a shawl for the church part. I wouldn't necessarily go the bright summer dress route on this one....you can get clues from the invitation too, is it fancy, or simple?

Don't wear white - thats for the bride herself .. wear a black sleeveless dress (halter or tube, or just spaghetti strap). Black is great for night. Or a really dark navy blue. It'd be gorgeous!

Generally you wear formal or semiformal attire to an evening wedding.

Guys wear a suit.
Girls wear a nice dress, perhaps even a long one.

purely stop dropping time at right here and circulate buying and look. circulate to the known mall shops, Macy's, Penney's, Nordstrom in case you are able to locate the money for it. circulate to the cheap shops in case you are able to no longer Kohl's, TJ Maxx, and so on. purely seek for a common on a daily basis gown. you particularly can no longer circulate incorrect with a splash black gown, or black and white polka dotted gown. A solar gown is in all likelihood too causual. Macy's has some intense-high quality Calvin Klein sheath clothing out now which would be thoroughly suitable, so does Ann Taylor. you are able to on no account circulate incorrect with a splash black gown or brightly colored sheath.

your wedding invitation should have stated what kind of dress was appropriate for guests. if it did not, then i would wear a dress casual outfit that was comfortable for the temperature of the day.

depends on the setting. outdoors/indoors, formal/informal.
outdoors/formal wear a really nice dress, that's shorter. because it's most likely hot out. indoors/formal the same thing. don't wear black!
outdoors/informal a nice jean skirt and fancy top (that's what i wore to my cousin's outdoors/informal wedding)
indoors/informal a nice pair of slack like pants and a nice top.

A nice black cocktail dress, with a jacket if you have strapless or spaghetti straps. I would then go with nice hose, little shimmer if you like and then 3"-4" heels...

Good luck and enjoy..love to hear your final choice
